I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, stress, and trauma. My clients might feel stuck in relationships or be struggling with creating healthy boundaries. Often they feel tension is sitting like a brick on their chests and imposter syndrome is a constant voice in their minds.
I offer mental health therapy sessions online so clients can access care from the comfort of their own space. Together we’ll work on uncovering stories that have contributed to their anxiety and explore what tools are most helpful to them in order to create more breathing room in their lives.
It’s rare that we pause to listen to what our bodies and souls are trying to say. It’s an incredible gift to stop and be curious about ourselves. Therapy can offer the space to be seen and have our stories acknowledged and validated. I am so glad you’re here.
